To make a hotspot with computer you can make it with mHotspot.
1. First, you must download mHotspot first ( you can download in here ).
2. Install it ( like usually software, you just click next, save program, and next, finish ).
3. Open your mHotspot.
4. Input any menu in mHotspot
5. Click Start Hotspot.
6. Finish.
